Museum Place
Washington, DC

Gallery 64 is comprised of the historic Randall School and new multi-story residential spaces in Washington DC’s Southwest neighborhood. The former school building is undergoing redevelopment into an apartment complex with 489 units (including workforce housing), a modern art museum to house the Rubell Family Collection with a new bookstore, cafe, and outdoor courtyard.

OvS is developing retail streetscape along the historic school building, as well as residential streetscape frontage along First Street, SW and H Street, SW. The interior public courtyard will be developed to include café, gallery, and gathering spaces in a green environment.
