This two-acre site on Virginia Avenue in the heart of the District of Columbia is constructed on the roof of the Federal Reserve building parking garage.

As part of a recent perimeter security upgrade, this 30 year old historic garden designed by Oehme van Sweden

was renovated and replanted.

An abundance of perennial color and texture invites pedestrians to explore

and enjoy the public garden.
